Personal Gymnastics Lessons

with Coach Stefan
Gymnastics at the Kensington Studio

Personal gymnastics sessions for children aged 5-11 or adults held at The Kensington Studio, conveniently located in the heart of Kensington. Just a short walk from High Street Kensington, Gloucester Road, and Earls Court tube stations, the studio offers a fantastic location for gymnastics training.

The duration varies based on the age of the participant. Children aged 5 and 6 have 45-minute sessions tailored to their attention span and energy levels. Older children, aged 7 to 11, and adults enjoy 60-minute sessions that allow for more in-depth training and skill development.

While we focus on foundational skills, please note that the studio is not equipped with tumble tracks or trampolines, so advanced skills like back handsprings and flips are not part of our curriculum.
