Kensington & Chelsea Gymnastics Academy wins Excellence in Customer Service 2026
On 22 October 2026, KCGA received the Excellence in Customer Service award at the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Business Awards—an external recognition of the care, communication and consistency behind the Academy’s work with families.

A young Academy recognised across the local business community
Four years after KCGA was founded, members of the Academy team gathered at Royal Lancaster London for an evening that would become part of its permanent history.
KCGA had entered the ceremony as one of ten finalists for Excellence in Customer Service. When the category result was announced, the Academy was named the 2026 winner.
The recognition belongs to a wider, continuing story: coaches preparing carefully for every session, families receiving clear and thoughtful communication, welfare remaining visible, and each gymnast being treated as an individual within a growing community.

Customer service in a gymnastics academy is built through trust
For KCGA, service is not separate from coaching. It is the experience surrounding every session: how families are welcomed, informed and supported, and how professional standards remain consistent as the Academy develops.
Clear communication
Useful information, thoughtful responses and practical guidance that help families understand their Academy journey.
Professional care
Prepared coaching, visible welfare responsibility and an environment in which gymnasts can learn with confidence.
Personal attention
Recognising that every child or adult arrives with an individual starting point, goal and experience of movement.
Consistency
Protecting the quality of the experience across coaching, administration, events and the resources shared with families.
Founded in 2022 · finalist in 2025 · winner in 2026

A proud moment—and a responsibility to keep improving
When I founded KCGA in 2022, I wanted to build a gymnastics academy that families could trust—through thoughtful coaching, clear communication, personal attention and consistent care. Seeing the Academy recognised for Excellence in Customer Service is a proud moment, because it reflects the collective commitment of our coaching and welfare teams and the trust families place in us. I am sincerely grateful to everyone who has contributed to KCGA’s journey. This recognition also brings responsibility: to protect the standards we have built and to keep improving as the Academy grows.
