What Children Learn in Private Gymnastics Lessons

Typical skills include:
-
Jumps and safe landings

Balance and body control
-
Rolls, cartwheels and handstands
-
Strength and flexibility exercises
-
Coordination, posture and movement confidence
Advanced skills are introduced only when appropriate, with long-term development and safety always prioritised.
Private Gymnastics Lessons at The Kensington Studio
24a Radley Mews, London W8 6JP
You can book one-to-one gymnastics sessions at The Kensington Studio, a private boutique space in the heart of Kensington, designed specifically for personalised coaching.
The studio is easily accessible from High Street Kensington, Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court, and provides a calm, focused environment ideal for children who benefit from individual attention.
