What ages do you teach?

We welcome children from 4–11 in our group programme, plus 10+ skills and adult gymnastics. If you’re unsure where your child fits, message us — we’ll guide you to the best option.

Can beginners join?

Yes. Many children start as complete beginners. We teach through safe progressions, with clear coaching and plenty of individual attention.

What should my child wear and bring?

Comfortable sportswear they can move in (no jeans), hair tied back, and a water bottle. If you have questions before your first visit, just message us.

Can parents watch?

Parents are welcome to stay and watch the classes.

How do trials and term bookings work?

Start with a trial, then we’ll recommend the most suitable class. If it’s a great fit, you can secure a place for the term.
