The studio does not include large artistic gymnastics equipment such as:

  • Tumble track

  • Vault

  • Full-size bars

  • Trampolines

For safety reasons, advanced tumbling (back handsprings, flips, somersaults) is not taught at this venue.

Is advanced tumbling taught at The Kensington Studio?

The Kensington Studio is designed for foundational and technical skill development, focusing on strength, control, flexibility, and safe progression. Advanced tumbling and long run-ups are not taught at this venue.

What should children and adults wear or bring?

Comfortable sportswear that allows free movement is ideal. Gymnastics grips or specialist equipment are not required — all basic apparatus and mats are provided at the studio.

Can parents stay during one-to-one sessions?

Yes. Parents are welcome to remain next to us during one-to-one sessions, particularly for younger children. We aim to create a calm, focused environment while ensuring families feel comfortable and supported.
