Is this the right adult gymnastics service for you?
You can start from zero and train for strength, flexibility and body control without being required to perform flips—or even to pursue a recognisable gymnastics skill.

- want Stefan’s full coaching attention during your booked session;
- want bodyweight strength, active flexibility and better body control;

Train with purpose
Strength, flexibility and skills that connect
Gymnastics combines qualities that are often trained separately. With consistent training, the combination can support a stronger, leaner and more athletic appearance—without promising a particular body result.
Gymnastics strength
Develop core, shoulder, arm, hip and whole-body strength through scaled bodyweight exercises.
Active flexibility
Work on useful, controlled range through the shoulders, hips and positions relevant to your goals.
Real skills
Explore suitable progressions towards balances, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, headstands or walkovers.
Body control
Learn to organise your movement with clearer shapes, balance, coordination and confidence.
Inside your lesson
What a 60-minute session can include
This is an example flow, not a rigid programme. Stefan adapts the content during each booked session to your current ability, readiness and goal.
- Goal and readiness checkBriefly confirm how you feel and what you want to work on that day.
- Coached preparationWarm up and prepare the joints, shapes and movement patterns needed for the session.
- Gymnastics-strength workUse appropriate bodyweight progressions for core, shoulders, arms, hips and whole-body control.
- Suitable skill progressionPractise one or two goal-relevant elements when skills are part of your objective.
- Active flexibility and summaryFinish with controlled flexibility and a clear in-session recap of what improved.
Start from where you are
You do not need to arrive strong or flexible
Many adults assume they should prepare before booking. You do not need gymnastics experience, a handstand or a particular level of flexibility to begin.
Stefan selects achievable progressions and explains each task clearly. Your first lesson starts from your present ability—not from an image of what a gymnast “should” be able to do.
The service welcomes suitable adults of different ages and backgrounds. Women are central to the way this page speaks and the goals it addresses, but the lessons are not women-only.
Gymnastics-derived bodyweight training
Strength, active flexibility, balance and body control are trained together using mats, mini bars, rings and the resistance of your own body.
- No conventional weights or resistance machines.
- No compulsory gymnastics skill target.
- Exercises adjusted during the booked lesson.
- Real technique and progression—not a generic bootcamp.

Clear adult lesson fees
Choose a single lesson or a package
Packages reduce the effective session price but do not guarantee a particular result. Every adult lesson lasts 60 minutes.
Best for a first experience, a specific one-off goal or deciding whether the coaching approach suits you.
Useful for building familiarity with the method and working consistently on a defined goal.
The lowest per-session price for adults who already know they want a longer coaching sequence.

Questions before you enquire
Personal adult gymnastics FAQ
Clear answers about starting, the studio, pricing and what the service includes.
Can a complete beginner book a lesson?
Yes. No prior gymnastics experience or entry skill is required. The first lesson begins with progressions suitable for your present ability and goal.
Is the service only for women?
No. All suitable adults are welcome. The page speaks especially to complete-beginner women because their strength, flexibility and gym-alternative goals are a primary focus.
Am I too old or too inflexible to start?
There is no requirement to arrive flexible or already skilled. Suitability depends on the individual and the goals discussed with Stefan, not on matching an image of a competitive gymnast.
What happens in the first lesson?
Stefan confirms your goals and readiness, introduces suitable preparation and bodyweight progressions, and may explore an appropriate skill or flexibility focus. The content is adjusted during the booked session.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable sports clothing that allows free movement and bring water. Avoid jewellery and clothing that restricts movement. Stefan can clarify any studio-specific preparation when you enquire.
What skills can I learn?
Depending on your level and goal, lessons may include balances, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, headstands, suitable walkover progressions, mini-bar work and ring exercises.
Do you teach flips or back handsprings?
No. The studio has no tumble track or trampoline, and flips, back handsprings and advanced tumbling are not taught there.
What equipment is available?
The studio has mats, mini wooden bars, mini metal bars and fitness rings. It is a compact coaching environment rather than a full artistic-gymnastics hall.
Is this the same as conventional personal training?
It is personal coaching, but the delivered method is gymnastics-derived bodyweight exercise rather than conventional weights, machines or bodybuilding-style gym programming.
Do I receive a home programme or support between lessons?
No. Coaching is provided during booked sessions. The service does not include an app, remote programme, nutrition support or between-session monitoring.
How much do lessons cost?
A single 60-minute lesson is £100. Five lessons cost £450 (£90 each), and ten cost £800 (£80 each).
Will anyone else be in the studio?
Possibly. Your coaching is one-to-one with Stefan and his attention is fully on you, but other trainers and clients may be present in the facility.
Do I have to learn a gymnastics skill?
No. Lessons can focus on bodyweight strength, active flexibility and movement quality without requiring a handstand, cartwheel or other recognisable skill.
Can my appointment time vary from week to week?
Yes. You may choose any currently available slot, and appointments do not have to recur at the same weekly time. Stefan confirms actual availability.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling notice?
A confirmed lesson requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Refer to the current KCGA terms for the complete policy.
How should I enquire?
Message Stefan on WhatsApp and say whether you are a complete beginner, what you most want to improve and which general dates or times could work. Do not send detailed medical information in the first marketing enquiry.
Your first step
