What the Studio is designed to support
Training uses mats, mini bars, fitness rings, parallettes and suitable strength-and-conditioning tools. The layout is well suited to controlled technical work and close coaching.
- Foundational and intermediate floor skills where space allows
- Handstand, balance and body-control progressions
- Active flexibility, mobility and strength preparation
- Technique-focused drills using compact apparatus
Not a full artistic-gymnastics hall
The Studio does not contain a tumble track, vault runway, trampoline or full-size artistic apparatus. Advanced tumbling, flips and long run-up skills are not taught here.
Choose the venue for the coaching format and suitable skills—not for large-apparatus training.

The Kensington Studio FAQs
Is advanced tumbling taught at The Kensington Studio?
No. The compact Studio is intended for controlled personal coaching and does not have the run-up space or large apparatus required for advanced tumbling, flips or somersaults.
Can children and adults both train here?
Yes. KCGA publishes separate personal-coaching routes for children and adults. Use the relevant programme page to check its current age requirements, lesson model and availability.
What equipment is available?
The current equipment profile includes mats, compact bars, rings, parallettes and selected conditioning tools. It does not include a tumble track, vault runway, trampoline or full-size artistic apparatus.
What should children and adults wear or bring?
Comfortable sportswear that allows free movement is suitable. Gymnastics grips and specialist equipment are not required; the Studio provides the basic apparatus and mats used in the session.
Can a parent watch a child’s session?
The current venue information welcomes parents to watch. Confirm the arrangement when booking so KCGA can account for the Studio layout and the specific appointment.
Where are the current fees and available times?
They are maintained on the children’s private and adult personal-lesson pages. This venue guide deliberately does not duplicate changing appointment information.
