The Gymnastics in London Provider Register is a time-bounded research record. The current baseline describes Providers identified and publication-verified for the 2026 research wave, with an evidence period of August 2026. Information may have changed since collection.

Please tell us if you believe the Register needs attention. Choose the description below that best fits the issue.

Choose the appropriate route

Three different kinds of issue

The distinction protects the integrity of the dated research record while allowing genuine concerns and later changes to be handled appropriately.

Research-record issue

Correction to the August 2026 research record

Use this when you have evidence that information recorded for the August 2026 evidence period was inaccurate—for example, the Provider name, official website or London borough information was wrong at that time.

Later operational change

Change after August 2026

If a Provider’s website, name, operating area or other information changed after the August 2026 evidence period, the 2026 research record will normally remain unchanged. Later changes are ordinarily captured through a subsequent research wave rather than by continuously updating the historical baseline.

Privacy or legal issue

Privacy or legal concern

Contact us if you believe a Register entry raises a privacy, mistaken-identity or legal concern. Please identify the Provider and explain the issue clearly so that it can be reviewed.

Prepare your message

What to send

  • the Provider name and, if useful, the London borough shown;
  • whether this is a correction to the August 2026 research record, a change after August 2026, or a privacy or legal concern;
  • a concise explanation of what appears wrong or what changed;
  • the date the information was true or changed, if known;
  • a public source URL or document, if appropriate; and
  • contact details only if you want a reply.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. Include it only where needed to explain a privacy or legal concern.

Governed review

What happens next

Contacting us does not automatically result in a change to the Register. Submissions are reviewed under the Gymnastics in London research governance. Genuine inaccuracies relating to the August 2026 evidence period may be corrected where appropriate. Changes that occurred after the evidence period will normally be considered in a subsequent research wave.

The final decision about whether a submission requires correction, clarification, suppression or no change remains with the Register’s governed research process.

Read the KCGA Privacy Notice before sending personal information.
