Four important terms and requirements
These reminders apply throughout the term and help keep the class clear, consistent and safe.
Wear the KCGA T-shirt
Every enrolled child must wear the KCGA club T-shirt with suitable sports bottoms. Children who represent KCGA in competitions may choose to wear their KCGA club leotard instead.

Every child attending regular KCGA classes must have current British Gymnastics membership, which includes the required insurance cover. Please join or renew before attending if it has expired.
Join or renew in My BGTerm fees are non-refundable
Once a term place is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If your child misses classes—including the rest of the term because of illness, holidays, travel, school activities or another personal reason—the lessons cannot be carried over to a future term, swapped or refunded.

Food and chewing gum must not be consumed in KCGA training areas or designated parent and spectator areas during sessions. Water is permitted. Please tell KCGA before attending about any allergy or relevant change.

On Pont Street, with Knightsbridge and Sloane Square as the nearest Underground stations.
- Arrive a few minutes early so your child is ready for the 6:00 pm start.
- For health and safety, a child arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join the class.
- Parents may wait in the hall or return at pick-up. Please follow the current school-site entry instructions shared by KCGA.
What your child needs
A short checklist for a comfortable and safe session.
Wear
- KCGA club T-shirt and suitable sports bottoms
- Long hair tied back securely
- No jewellery, jeans, hoodies or hard fastenings
Bring and prepare
- A named bottle of water
- Please use the toilet before the session begins
- Shoes and socks stay off the mats unless a coach instructs otherwise
