Rhythmic gymnastics class in a very small group (up to 8 students in a class) for girls between the age of 6 and 11 at the beautiful St Philip’s Church in Kensington W8. We hope to start this class in the near future.

Gymnastics equipment: this venue has a variety of gymnastics mats with a full set of the rhythmic gymnastics apparatuses: ropes, hoops, balls, clubs, and ribbons.

Gymnastics skills: rhythmic gymnastics is performed on floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and rope. Your children will practise many rhythmic gymnastics exercises and create positive attitudes towards physical activity while developing their strength, flexibility and coordination.
